Very Sick Fred

Fred has been overly lovely for a few days now.  She held a minor fever Thurday and Friday.  Well, Saturday at 3 am, I go into the bedroom and she is wide awake, running at about 101.  After an eventful day helping out the Mullens bug bombing their house, she is up at midnight running at 103.  She's eating, she crying and she downright the most pathetic thing I've ever seen.  She's talking, walking, and telling me what she needs, but she's so sad.

As a mother, I want to do everything to make her comfortable, but I have to let her body fight what it wants to do.  I can't fight it for her.  But, I can feed her popsicles if it makes her happy.

I did call the doctor around 11:20 tonight and she had me up her ibuprofen dosage since her weight is higher than the average 2 year old.

So now, we sit and wait it out....all while watching Addams Family Values.  Yes, it's PG-13, but there is really just funny parts to her and dosen't get the adult overtones...yet.  Plus, she told Chris that Morticia is Mommy.  That just rocks my world....now I just have to get that waist line back!!!!

Poor thing! I hope it isn't that weird thing where they run a fever with no other symptoms then get the rash . I hate that. The rash is just insult to injury.

Both my kids call Sally from NBC Mommy. I am so happy about that.
