Bad pic, but here's our mantle.
This is the base of the Tombstones, with the 2x2 boards (Jack the Pumpkin King, 2x4) bases moutned via Liquid Nails. 
The tombstone with the arrow will be the obvious 'Vacancy' tombstone.

And if you can pick it out, there is the "Roar" or green skeleton ghost. He is hanging from our Tulip tree (which after IKE, we KNOW has to come down next year....anyone know a tree guy?)The leaves are falling, although they are no lush. The nights are cooler, the days are warm. The spirits are coming to tell us what we need to know. Listen on the 30th, Hear on the 31st, Learn on the 1st. So Gramma, tell me what I need to know. I'm calling you....
