My graveyard is dug up....

Our street and surrounding neighborhoods are getting all new gas lines this month.  Today, they managed to knock out just my main gas line.  So I sit here watching, as they dig up what was going to be my graveyard!!  Of course where they have dirt mounds, will make it all the more authentic (I hope).

But I have made major progress.  I have Five new tombstones that just got finished today.  I rag-rolled the fine details on just in time to find out I can't take a shower since the hot water heater is out.  But I have new tombstones.  My father in law brought me more styrofoam the other day after he stepped on some of my old tombstones that were waiting to be repaired.

I also built a new grim reaper (although he looked more like a Death-Eater or a Dementor next to the Tom Riddle tombstone).  My husband built the base after my first one broke.  These are the things I need him for!!!  I can't built bases well.  And he cost me $5 to make.  The wood is an old futon that we have saved for props building, the fabric is a queen size mosquito net, and the skull was a $5 Michael's purchase earlier this season.  I will have pictures up as soon as the Gas Co. is done digging!!!

You don't seem too worried that they will find any bodies in the front yard. That is a good thing :D

Good thing they are not digging in my yard :D

Good luck on the props. Can't hardly wait to see pictures!!

Cheers!
