Swimming and Planning

We are now about 7 weeks away from Little No Name getting here.  I've had a relatively easy pregnancy this time around.  I've only gain about 18lbs (which includes the Christmas automatic 10), so really, about 8 to 10 lbs.  It's kinda nice, but I do waddle around and find myself heaving off of chairs, couches and beds.  The due date is September 18th, but we are having another c-section due to the complications last time on the 13th.  This also is Fred's first day of pre-school and mid-fall soccer season! I'm hoping to push her back a day, but she said, I'll see the baby when you get home.

In other news, my father is really sick.  He had prostate cancer, it went into remission, and now he has bone cancer in both legs. I have an abnormal relationship with the man, so I'm not sure exactly what/how I'm feeling about this, but when he held off telling me about the first round of cancer for MONTHS, that stressed me out really bad and caused a stressful trip to the ER. All is well with me, and I'm all fixed. So, now it's wait and see how long, how bad, this is going to wind up being for him.

But in good news, we spend alot of time at the pool now.  Fred is finally starting to put her face in the water, no longer freaks out when she goes underwater, and can swim pretty well with a life jacket on.  I'm hoping swim classes this winter will go better for her now that she's not as afraid.

But here is how we spent July!
