The writing is all around ok, but the world within the cover really is meant for teenage girls. Harry Potter is so much more rich, and fantastic that Twilight cannot hold a candle to any of the Harry Potter books. HP is easy for anyone to read, but there is so much more substance. I stopped reading books of Twilight's level in the 6th grade when I switched straight from RL Stine Fear Street (which were shorter, but written just the same) to Stephen King, Anne Rice and the like. It's a good story- but really, that's about it. There was never a moment I couldn't put the book down....which for me, if it's good, I have to know what happens next. Twilight never had one of those moments. For all my vampire lovin' I'll stick with Charlaine, Kim and Kelley.

Thanks for the heads-up on the book. I think I'll pass on it.
By the way, awesome links in the crafting section! I think I'll be visiting a few of those myself from now on!
